The bottle fermentation gives beautiful depth on the nose and palate; with fine lingering bubbles adding to the finesse and subtle aromas. Delectable umami undertones. Our Van Hunks Sparkling Mead Rosé is fermented with hibiscus to give it a rare taste and light pink colour.
